A Saturday night tribute to South Australian Seafood. This exceptional dinner incorporates a sensational menu of superb seafood and artisan breads all crafted by Paul Baker of Botanic Gardens Restaurant.

Whether as a group, couple or single, the relaxed shared platter dining experience comprising a three course menu featuring some of the most delectable fresh local seafood delicacies including the always incredible Spencer Gulf Prawns, Gazander Oysters, Calamari, Kinkawoonka Mussels, Goolwa Pipi’s and a delightful dessert to finish will provide for a night to remember.

The iconic Harts Mill venue will set the tone with a historic maritime themed backdrop to the evening as chef Paul introduces the menu and discusses the use of some of the  lesser known seafood produce in South Australia - he may even bring some of his producer friends along for a chat. A bar stocked with brilliant brews by Port locals, Pirate Life and exquisite wines by Lake Breeze from Langhorne Creek will round out an evening only to be enhanced further by your own great conversation. A great night of all things seafood, friends and fun!
